Interpreting the Mounts of the Palm

  • Located at the base of the palm, this mount is oftentimes referred to as “the mount of Luna.” It represents intuition, emotions, and imagination.
  • People with a well-developed Mount of the Moon are thought to be sensitive and emotionally intelligent individuals. They may possess a deep connection to their inner selves and the subconscious faculties of both themselves and others. Likewise, they may also be highly empathetic and possess at strong need to be creative in their daily lives.
  • Those who have a lesser pronounced mount of the Moon may lack in imagination, be less emotionally aware, and have a more difficult time connecting to their intuitive nature. Sometimes, they’re regarded as cold or insensitive.
  • Sitting between the mount of the Moon and the mount of Mercury, the upper Mars mount regards courage. Whether verbally or physically, this mount reveals one’s ability to defend themselves.
